Overview

Played a crucial role in determining and managing the integrity of the brand through creative design and direction across various digital and printed communication outputs for internal clients across the Treasury cluster. 

Managed relationships with internal stakeholders effectively to meet client needs.

Task

Managed multiple projects and conflicting priorities to ensure deadlines were met. Operated in an environment of high volume, high pressure, tight timeframes and deadlines, whilst maintaining high-quality outputs. Educating and influencing stakeholders in a best practice brand management and design. Provided high levels of customer service while balancing competing organisational priorities. Maintained up to date knowledge of digital and other design practices.

  • Developed and maintained brand integrity and demonstrated a strategic approach to design and brand architecture 

  • Produced high-quality artwork for print and digital channels in a highly efficient and organised timely manner that is accurate and in line with specifications 

  • Collaborated efficiently with the broader Communications team and stakeholders through every stage of the creative process, from initial brief to iterations and finished art, and built and maintained customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure internal clients satisfaction

  • Championed best practice design across the Cluster to ensure all design output was consistent with the brand and industry standards 

  • Delivered an exceptional range of creative solutions across all subjects, projects, branches and divisions, using great attention to detail and timeliness and ensuring client satisfaction 

  • Oversaw outsourced work and effectively and efficiently engaged with external design agencies to ensure outstanding design creative and conceptual work.
