LGBTIQA+ Allyship Toolkit

Overview

The purpose of this toolkit is to guide how NSW Treasury can best support Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer/Questioning, and Asexual/Aromantic (LGBTIQA+) employees.

The aim is to encourage everyone at Treasury to become an ally and contribute towards promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.

Task

My role was to develop a look and style that related and presented the social groups and would speak to the internal NSW Treasury team.

  • Project management, communicating with the clients, copy editor and internal communications digital team in charge of digital channels

  • Concept design for look and feel

  • Publication layout design and production

  • Image sourcing and management from multiple sources
